FAQs
Common questions
Do you do full bathroom renovations or just the plumbing?
Full renovations. Stripping out the old room, first fix plumbing, the suite and shower, tiling or wall panelling, and the finish. It is all handled by the same person rather than coordinated between trades, which is usually what makes a bathroom take three weeks instead of one.
How long does a bathroom take?
A typical domestic bathroom is around one to two weeks from strip out to finished, depending on the size, whether anything is moving position, and what is found once the old suite comes out. You will get an honest timescale at the quote.
Should I replace my boiler or repair it?
It depends on the age, the fault and what the part costs against the value of the boiler. An honest answer is worth more than a sale here, so you will get told when a repair is the sensible option rather than a replacement.
Do you work for landlords?
Yes, a good share of the work is for landlords and letting agents around Ashford: safety checks, between-tenancy repairs and refits, with clear invoicing and a written account of what was done.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. For anything larger than a small repair it is worth looking at the job in person, because that is what makes the price a real number rather than a guess.
